No money transactions in banks on 1st April
There will be no money transactions in all the banks including Bharath State Bank and Indian Bank throughout the country including Tamil Nadu on 1st April.
However the banks will function as usual on 2nd April (Saturday). On 31st March which is the annual account closing day, the banks will function to facilitate people to pay their taxes.
