190 percent bonus announced for CTS employees

Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) has announced a 190 percent bonus for its top executives. Last year, the company offered a 135 percent bonus. The company normally offered bonuses that average between 100 and 200 percent, depending on the employee`s performance.
CTS`s revenue for 2015 was $12.4 billion, 21 percent more than 2014.
A senior official from CTS said, We are pleased with our strong performance in 2015. At a time when major technology shifts are disrupting all industries, clients are looking to a partner like CTS to work with them to create the winning business models of tomorrow at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds. During the 2014 quarter, we adjusted our estimate of 2014 incentive compensation downward to reflect the margin impact of accelerated hiring and other investments.
