Chef Jarunun from Bangkok presents the best of Thai cuisine at Vasco`s, the all-day global cuisine restaurant at Hilton. They have decorated the restaurant to resemble Bangkok`s floating market. The food festival will feature well known vegetarian and non vegetarian Thai dishes including Spicy Mushroom Salad, Stir Fried Long Bean with Chilli Paste, Fresh Shiitake with Shallot Grill Clear Soup, Steamed Tofu with Sesame Oil and Soya Sauce, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Chicken in Massaman Curry, Crispy Beef with Sweet and Sour Sauce and Duck Red Curry. From the desserts, you can choose between Tapioca with Melon in Fresh Milk, Raw Mango with Plum Sugar Dipping and more.
The festival dinner buffet will be priced at Rs 1,800++ per person.
