Omni bus passengers complaint helpline introduced

D Elangovan, general secretary, Omni Bus Owners and Operators Association has recommended to the State Government to cancel the permit of the Omni bus if the members are found fleecing the passengers especially during festive season. The association members also met the State Transport Department officials and submitted the fares chart and also requested to take action against people who fleece passengers. Passengers, if they are fleeced, can complain at 04442823484. Action will be taken against the travel agency, if complaints are proved true.
