Inspection of newly converted Broad Gauge railway line between Pollachi ďż˝ Palakkad

Gauge Conversion works between Pollachi and Palakkad Town for a distance of 54 km have been completed at a cost of Rs.350 cr.
Shri Satish Kumar Mittal, Commissioner of Railway Safety, Southern Circle, Bangalore will inspect the newly converted Broad Gauge railway line between Pollachi � Palakkad Town railway stations o�n 05.10.2015 & 06.10.2015.He will also conduct a high speed trial run by using an Inspection Special Train in the newly converted Broad Gauge railway line between Pollachi � Palakkad Town railway stations, o�n 06.10.2015, Tuesday. The high speed trial run will be conducted between 14.00 hrs. � 18.00 hrs.
It is hereby advised that no unauthorised person shall approach / trespass or work in the proximity of the newly converted Broad Gauge railway lines between Pollachi ďż˝ Palakkad Town railway stations.
