Diesel Price hiked by 50 paise per litre

Diesel price was on Wednesday hiked by 50 paise per litre but there will be no change in petrol prices.The price reduction will be effective midnight.
Rates will differ from state to state due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates. In Chennai diesel price will cost Rs 46.08 per litre.
