Meeting call to the public by Chennai Water Board

In a press release issued by the Executive Director of Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewage Board, it is said that an outdoor meeting is being regularly held on all second Saturdays every month. This is organized on behalf of water board. In this way, the meeting for this month will take place tomorrow (Saturday) at 10 am till 1 pm.
The meet will take place in offices of Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewage Board in 15 areas including Thiruvottiyur, Madhavaram, Thandayarpettai, Royapuram, Thiru Vi Ka Nagar, Ambattur, Anna Nagar, Teynampet, Kodambakkam, Valasaravakkam, Adyar, Perungudi, Alandur, and Shozhinganallur.
The public are welcome to take part in the meeting and share their grievances about water or sewage facility in the city. The meet will also create awareness about rainwater harvesting procedures. Out of 33 petitions received in the previous meeting, 32 are met and actions were taken and solved too. The last one is also being addressed, he added.
