US Government informs Infosys did not violate H1B Visa regulations!

In a press release yesterday (Tuesday, 8th September), Infosys, one of the country`s leading software organisations, informed that US government has clarified that the company had not violated the rules and regulations of H1B Visa.
US government undertook a detailed probe on this issue during early June this year. At the end of the probe, US Government found that Infosys had not violated the rules & regulations of H1B visa.
In this press release, Infosys has mentioned that the company had sent the details of employment regulations of the South California Edison Project.
The company gave whole-hearted cooperation to the probe conducted by US government. 145 files were inspected during the probe.
US government undertook the probe under allegations that Infosys & TCS might have violated rules & regulations of H1B visa.
The probe on TCS is yet to be completed.
H1B visa is granted for the temporary employees from India who come to work in US technology firms.
