What is the ideal time to undertake Girivalam on Full Moon Day at Thiruvannamalai?

There is a traditional faith/belief that the devotees who undertake the round-trip along the mountain (girivalam) at the temple of Lord Arnachaleswara at Thiruvannamalai will be blessed with good things.
Hence, lakhs of devotees undertake `girivalam` on Full Moon Days at Thiruvannamalai.
The temple administration has announced the ideal time for undertaking girivalam during the ensuing Full Moon Day:
"Pournami" (Full Moon Day) is set to start from tomorrow (Saturday, 29th August) at 3.25 AM and will last till 1.15 AM in the night. It would be ideal to undertake `girivalam` during this period.
