`Celebrating age` a two day event to raise awareness about the benefits of an active ageing lifestyle will be held at T. N. Rajarathinam Kalai Arangam, R. A. Puram on Aug 7 and 8.
Senior citizens can walk in for events that include a free eye check up by Agarwal eye care, a free basic health screening by Fortis Malar Hospital, talks by geriatric experts, sessions on laughter yoga, tai chi, reiki and more. Entry is free. 10 a.m. onwards.
