Educational financial assistance is being offered for the minority community students like Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, and Jains on the basis of merit, qualification and income.

They can apply till 30th September. The candidates who are renewing have to register before 15th November.
Government has set the target to offer scholarship or financial assistance for education to 2270 students for the year 2015.
To get the scholarship, students must have scored a minimum of 50% marks.
The annual income of parents/guardian should be below Rs. 2.5 Lakhs.
Eligible candidates can download the application from the above website. Along with the filled application, copies of mark certificate, religion certificate, income certificate and the receipt for the application fees payment should be attached and submitted in the respective schools.
Once the scholarship is approved, the amount will be credited directly to the students bank savings account.
Students who study in Government recognised institutions will be reimbursed all education fees in full except the refundable items.
