Get ready for Amma Water Cans

The Chennai Corporation is making efforts to launch low priced Amma 20 litres purified water cans. In Chennai a 20 litres water drinking can is sold between Rs 30 to Rs 40. The middle income group buy these water even if it is priced high. So in the 2014-15 Chennai Corporation`s budget it was announced that water cans will be supplied at a low price.
At this juncture, manufacturers of drinking water cans met Chennai Corporation`s Mayor Saidai Duraisamy and discussed the modalities of this scheme. Very soon this water scheme will be implemented.
