Finally, the results of India�s most complicated and toughest examination results are out. Yes, the results of Civil Services Examinations are out and the top scorer has made it over 53% and this evidently shows that the strict pattern of UPSC committee members. The results have been unveiled on the official website of UPSC. It is worth mentioning that three parts of Civil Services Examination consists of preliminary, main and interview.
Based on the proficiency in all these criteria, they are credited the marks. What makes this year examination so much engrossing is Ira Singhal, someone who is physically challenged from the Indian Revenue Service has bagged the first rank of 53.43 % with a score of 1,082/2025 (1,750 marks for main and interview has 275)
The second rank is achieved by Renu Raj, a doctor by profession in Kerala with 52.14 scoring 1,056 marks followed by Nidhi Gupta scoring 3rd rank with 50.61 per cent � 1025 marks.
One of the UPSC senior staff has uttered that the marks scored by candidates show that the strictness of pattern.
The examination was held last year on August 24 across 2,137 venues in 59 centre with 9.45 Lacs candidates appearing for the exams and around 16, 993 were qualified.
