No train tickets - it�s houseful!

Here begins the busy pre-booking of train tickets for packing your baggage to hometowns as the festival season is fast approaching.
Diwali this year falls on 11th of November and people who want to travel to their hometown on 7th of November have started grabbing their tickets. Railway authorities say tickets for Podhigai express and Pandiyan express are all sold. They also add that the tickets for Malaikottai express and trains to Rameshwaram have got very few left out seats all of which are first class ones.
While almost 90 percent of tickets are booked online, people who approach booking centres to get their tickets are really irked and disappointed. This has led to very few seat availability and that too in AC compartments. Hence, there is a plea for streamlining the process of online ticketing.
