PSLV C-28 rocket is scheduled to be launched at 9.58 PM tonight (Friday, 10th July) from Sriharikota.
This rocket will set the 5 satellites of England on the right orbits.
The �62 hours & 30 minutes� countdown for the launch of the rocket started day-before-yesterday (Wednesday, 8th July) at 7.28 AM. All the liquid & gas fuels required during the 4 stages of the rocket take-off is kept ready.
While the rocket takes off with 5 satellites, it will totally weigh 1400 kg. This is the first ever time that a commercial launching with 5 satellites with such heavy weight has been taken up.
Within 19 minutes & 16 seconds of the rocket launch, the last (and fifth) satellite will separate at a distance of 654.75 km.
The satellites will show the maps of the earth�s surface every day. This will help in the sectors of soil richness analysis, urban infrastructure development, and monitoring of any major disasters
