SEPARATE MARKET FOR FOODGRAINS IN KOYEMBEDU PLANNED
The state government has proposed to build separate market for food grains with about 500 shops. The new will come opposite the Koyambedu vegetable market.
A 30 acre land belongs to Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, adjacent to the Koyambedu fire service station has been identified for the purpose. The project is in designing stage.
