Railway station Platform tickets to cost double from April!

News is in circulation that the cost of the platform tickets in Railway Station will be increased from the current Rs. 5/- to Rs. 10/-.
During the occasions of festivals and political meetings, enormous crowds gather in the railway stations. Passengers are put to extreme hardships because of this.
The Ministry of Railways decided to take recourse for this by doubling the cost of platform tickets.
Platform tickets will cost Rs. 10/- (from Rs. 5/-) per individual from 1st April.
The Railway Divisional General Managers have been given the authority to raise it even further if required.
With hard 1 month past sine the presentation of Railway Budget, this unexpected measure has shocked the public!
