February has been declared as recovery month by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner
The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner of the Employees� Provident Fund Office has urged defaulting establishments to remit the outstanding dues to avoid penal action as per The Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner has declared February as recovery month and issued directions to enforcement officers to enhance recovery from defaulting establishments. Hence The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner of the Employees� Provident Fund Office has declared February as recovery month.
