New App discovers in America to learn about the mental health from ‘selfie videos’!

Research Scientists from Rochester University in Monroe County, USA have created an ‘App’ based on the computers.

The App details the mental health conditions of the person after analysing the selfie video-clips entered by him/her in social media networks.

The highlight of this App is that it does not require wearing of any additional gadgets like head-phones or explain their mental position or inform any details as required by other similar Apps in the scenario.

This App closely monitors the person’s behaviour and movements while using the cell-phone or computer.

The colour changes in our temples, heart-beat, fluttering of eyebrows, nodding/movements of the head, the twits released in the Twitter, the speed of typing on the phone/computer, the speed of scrolling the mouse, etc are monitored by the App which then gives the clear details of the mental health condition.

The research was conducted on 27 participants and the results are to be  presented in the Conference on Artificial Intelligence scheduled to be conducted in Austin, capital of Texas State.
