2500 cities in India to receive free Wi-Fi soon

Central government is devising plans to enhance the usage of internet in the country. As per these upcoming plans, over 2500 cities in the nation will get free Wi-Fi in three years down the line. Kolkata, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Varanasi, Jaipur, Bhopal, Indore, Patna, Chandigarh, to name a few are some of the cities set to receive free Wi-Fi through BSNL network. These plans will be kick-started in 2015-16.
