Record breaking victory of �Kaththi�

All box office records seem to get rewritten with the blockbuster hit of Vijay�s �Kaththi�. The very first day of the movie�s release saw Rs 12.5 crore flowing in. The movie certainly has much to do with it further.
In a confirmation made by the movie�s director A.R. Murugados on his official social media page, he stated that the total collection on the first day hit Rs 23.80 crore. This is a ginormous amount which no other south Indian film has ever attained in the history so far.
Considering our state Tamil Nadu, it has been quite some years since a hike in ticket pricing was made. However reports say the ticket pricing is nearly Rs 150 to 200 for the first weekend.
Audiences are left eager to know if �I�, �Thala 55� and �Lingaa� would race past the history made by �Kaththi�.
