Golden jubilee of IIT-M alumni

The alumni association of Indian Institute of Technology-Madras (IIT-M) will hold their golden jubilee celebrations on Saturday, at the IC&SR auditorium on the campus at 6 p.m.
Bhaskar Ramamurthi, IIT-M director, will felicitate the past presidents and secretaries at the event. The association was formed in July 1964 after the first batch graduated from the institute.
As part of the celebrations, �Alumni Mardi Gras 2014� will be held on September 20 and 21st. The proceeds of the ticketed event will go towards the alumni distress fund of the association. For details, contact: 22578391/9962458252, or visit www.iitmaa.org.
