Civil Service Exams- 1st Stage will start as scheduled! ďż˝ Central Government Announcement!

The central government has announced that the 1st stage of Civil Service examinations will start as per schedule on 24th August.
There have been strong protests on the current CSAT Exams which test the English skill of the candidates.
There have been strong protests from the opposition parties in the parliament during the last week causing disturbance.
The central government has announced day-before-yesterday that there will be an �all-party� meeting on this issue This issue was discussed both in the Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha. Opposition parties stressed for the �all-party meet.
Thambidurai, AIADMK MP, insisted that CSAT should be conducted in all state languages.
Following the tumult in the parliament on this issue, the central minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu informed that there is no possibility of postponing the 1st stage of CSAT examinations scheduled on 24th August.
CSAT 1st stage examinations will be conducted as scheduled. The government has taken the right decision. This is in order not to upset the candidatesďż˝ mindset.
The issue of CSAT requires further detailed analysis. An all-party meeting will be conducted after the current parliament session is completed.
