Stamps on churches in India released

India Post released a commemorative postage stamp on �National Council of Churches in India� (NCCI) in New Delhi on Friday. The local chapter of NCCI, the Tamil Nadu Christian Council organized a function on Friday. Mervin Alexander, postmaster general of Chennai city region, released the stamp. Rev M Prakash, chairperson of the minority commission, was present. New stamps and first-day covers can be purchased from any philatelic bureau/counter.
