Eligible candidates may apply for the post of Probationary Officers (for filling 1837 vacancies) in State Bank of India.

Designation - Probationary Officers
Vacancies ďż˝ 1837 Open ďż˝ 758, OBC ďż˝ 405, S.C. ďż˝ 235, S. T. ďż˝ 439)
Reservation for blind persons ďż˝ 29. Bone-related differently-abled persons ďż˝ 31.
Salary- Rs. 14,500 to Rs. 25,700.
Age- As on 1st April, should be of the age above 21 & below 50. SC & ST candidates get a concession of 5 years on age limit; Differently abled ďż˝ 3 years, and ex-servicemen ďż˝ 5 years.
Qualifications ďż˝ Graduation on any selected subject. Those who are going to complete their degree before 10th August, 2014 can also apply.
Application fees ďż˝ Rs. 500/- (Rs.100/-for SC& ST).Payment can be made by Credit Cards or Debit cards or through bank challans. Those who want to pay by cash can download the challans form from SBI website and use on-line.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written tests, group discussions, interview.
Selection will be conducted at Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Dindigul, Krishnagiri, Namakkal, Nagaercoil, Perambalur, Salem, Thanjavur, Thirunelveli, Thoothukudi, and Vellore.
