Tamil Nadu Housing Board Offers 7,659 Homes for Sale

The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) has announced an opportunity for people looking to purchase their own homes, with 7,659 houses available for sale under various Housing Board schemes.

Interested buyers can apply online through the official TNHB website within the next seven days. The sales are scheduled to take place on the 21st, 24th and 25th of this month.

The Housing Board has also stated that the homes will be sold without a price increase this year, providing an opportunity for prospective buyers to purchase homes at the existing rates.
