- Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Leonia (early check-in not available).
- Airport Pick-up: Buses will be available at the airport from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- City Pick-up: Buses will depart from Ratnadeep, East Marredpally, Secunderabad, at 5:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT - Sunday, 7 September 2025
- Buses will depart starting 11:45 a.m. onwards to Hyderabad Airport and Ratnadeep, East Marredpally, Secunderabad (City drop).
- Check-out latest by 2:00 p.m. (late check-out not available).
NOTE
- Accommodation will be on a double occupancy basis at Leonia or at any other nearby resort.
- Travel duration between Hyderabad city/airport and Leonia is about 90 minutes. So kindly plan your travel accordingly.
- Plan your return travel post 4:00 p.m.
