The arrival of summer brings with it a golden delight that reigns supreme across Indian kitchens and hearts - the mango. At La Patisserie, the celebration continues with artisanal pastries and desserts including the Coconut Mango Elysium with coconut and mango cremeux layered over almond sponge; the rich Mango Saffron Cheesecake infused with saffron; and the refreshing Minted Mango cake delicately infused with fresh mint. Guests can also savour Mango Meringue Short Bread featuring mango mousse sandwiched between shortbread; Mango Macaroons filled with mango ganache and white chocolate; and Mango & Pistachio Jars with pistachio cream and fresh mango cream.

Adding to the indulgence are delicious cakes such as the Mango & Salted Caramel, Mango Red Velvet and Mango Flan, each crafted to celebrate the vibrant flavours of the season.
