According to the Regional Meteorological Centre, the city will experience clear skies and minimal rainfall, leading to a gradual increase in daytime temperatures.
Temperature Rise Expected
- Day temperatures likely to touch 36°C to 38°C in the coming days
- Nights to remain relatively warm around 24°C to 26°C
- Heat levels expected to peak towards the last week of March
No Major Rainfall Forecast
While Chennai will remain dry, isolated light showers may occur only in western districts near the Ghats. Most parts of Tamil Nadu, including the city, will continue to see dry weather patterns.
