GATE test announced
The dates for the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) test for the year 2018 has been announced. All engineering graduates are eligible to apply for this GATE.
Academic Qualifications: Graduates or postgraduates in engineering in any faculty are eligible to write this test.
Selection Procedure: The GATE will be conducted online.
Fees: For common or open community cadre: Rs. 1500. For SC/ST/differently-abled/women candidates � Rs. 750.
Applying Procedure: The eligible and interested candidates may apply online. The candidates may apply until 5th October 2017. To apply visit http://appsgate.iitg.ac.in
The last date to apply online: 5th October 2017
The last date for changing the test center: 17th November 2017
The starting date for downloading the hall-tickets: 5th January 2018
Dates of GATE test: 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th February 2018
Date of GATE results: 17th March 2018
