Petrol price was increased by 3 paise per litre and diesel price up by 4 paise per litre with effect from 6 am, Sep 17.

Prices may vary from Outlet to Outlet within a city due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates.

After the price revision, a litre of petrol in Chennai will now cost Rs. 73.09 per litre and diesel will cost Rs. 62.02 per litre.
