Airtel Business Launches IQ Gateway for Safer Enterprise Messaging

Airtel Business has launched Airtel IQ Gateway, a telco-grade business communications platform designed to help enterprises manage customer communications securely through a single control platform.

The DPDP-compliant platform brings together SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, business voice and number verification, allowing enterprises to manage multiple communication channels and service providers from one dashboard.

Silent Authentication: Enables SIM-based number verification, reducing reliance on OTP SMS.

Flexible deployment: Can be hosted on Airtel`s cloud as SaaS or deployed on an enterprise`s premises.

According to Airtel Business, the platform is designed to help sectors such as banking, government, e-commerce and logistics improve customer trust while reducing fraud risks, messaging failures and unnecessary communication costs.

Airtel IQ Gateway is being launched nationwide following trial deployments with select banks and financial institutions. The platform will also be showcased at the India Mobile Congress from October 7–10, 2026.
