Tamil Nadu Weather Update: Light to Moderate Rain Likely Till January 24
Due to a lower atmospheric circulation over the southeast Arabian Sea and adjoining regions, light to moderate rainfall is expected in some parts of Tamil Nadu till January 24, according to the Chennai Meteorological Centre.
The Northeast Monsoon, which had been active across the state, withdrew two days ago, following which dry weather conditions have prevailed in most parts of Tamil Nadu. However, the current atmospheric circulation is expected to bring rainfall in select regions.
