Healthy Food Recipes - Tomato and Mozarella Salad

What you need:

2 medium sized tomatoes
100 gms mozzarella cheese
A handful of basil leaves (if not available, tulsi leaves can be used)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lime (juice)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Cut tomatoes into bite sized chunks.
Cut cheese into cubes.
Chop basil leaves.
Mix together olive oil, lime juice and jeera.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Add salt and pepper, mix well.
Serve chilled.
