Airtel Arena: District and Airtel Join Hands to Transform India's Live Entertainment Experience

District and Airtel have announced a first-of-its-kind collaboration to enhance India`s live entertainment experience through dedicated digital infrastructure. As part of the partnership, Bengaluru`s 16-acre open-air concert venue will be renamed Airtel Arena.

Under the collaboration, District will continue managing the fan and event experience, while Airtel will invest in dedicated high-capacity digital infrastructure to provide reliable, high-speed connectivity, including during large events.

The initiative aims to improve concert experiences by supporting livestreaming, digital payments, social media sharing and seamless communication. Connectivity enhancements are expected to roll out ahead of the upcoming event season.

With a capacity of over 17,000 fans, Airtel Arena is among India`s largest open-air concert venues. It has previously hosted performances by Arijit Singh, Anirudh Ravichander and Bryan Adams.

The venue also features a modular international-standard stage, dedicated artist facilities, an 80-foot box office and parking facilities for 4,500 cars and 1,000 two-wheelers.

The partnership represents a new step towards combining world-class entertainment infrastructure with advanced digital connectivity in India.
