Urbanrise Gets 600+ Expressions of Interest for Thirumazhisai Project

Urbanrise has received more than 600 Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for its upcoming residential project, Codename: The Next Big Thing (TNBT), in Thirumazhisai, Chennai.

The milestone follows the project`s earlier pre-launch response, with more than 250 homes reserved within seven days. TNBT is planned with over 1,000 premium 2 and 3 BHK apartments and more than 100 lifestyle amenities.

The project comes as West Chennai continues to see infrastructure development and improved connectivity. The 14.64-km Poonamallee Bypass-Vadapalani stretch of Chennai Metro Phase II is scheduled for inauguration on October 11, 2026, providing an additional public transport connection between the western suburbs and Vadapalani.

The growing infrastructure and housing options are contributing to Thirumazhisai`s emerging appeal as a residential destination in West Chennai.
