ITI Admissions 2026-27: Direct Admission Deadline Extended to September 22 in Tamil Nadu

The direct admission deadline for ITI courses in Tamil Nadu has been extended to September 22, 2026, for the benefit of students.

The Department of Employment and Training operates 132 government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and 278 private ITIs across Tamil Nadu. The deadline for direct admission for the 2026-27 academic year was initially set to September 7. Considering the interests of students, the admission period has now been extended until September 22, 2026.
