MD Yoga and Naturopathy Admission 2026-27: Applications Open in Tamil Nadu

Applications for admission to the MD (Yoga and Naturopathy) postgraduate medical programme for the 2026-27 academic year can be submitted online from today, according to an announcement from the Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy.

Eligible candidates can apply for admission to available seats in government Yoga and Naturopathy medical colleges, seats surrendered to the government by self-financing colleges, and management quota seats in self-financing Yoga and Naturopathy colleges.

MD Yoga and Naturopathy Admission 2026-27

The MD (Yoga and Naturopathy) postgraduate programme has a duration of three years. Candidates can download the admission prospectus, which contains details about eligibility requirements, application fees, counselling fees, tuition fee advance, counselling schedule and other admission-related information.

Candidates are advised to carefully read the prospectus before submitting their applications. Applications will be accepted only through the online mode.

Applicants must enter accurate information and upload the required original certificates in the specified PDF or JPEG formats, wherever applicable. The application fee, online counselling fee and tuition fee advance must also be paid through the online system.

Government and Self-Financing College Seats

According to the admission notification, there are two government Yoga and Naturopathy medical colleges and two self-financing Yoga and Naturopathy medical colleges covered under the admission process.

Candidates seeking admission under the Government Special Quota must first complete the online application and then download the submitted application form.

The downloaded application, along with self-attested copies of all required certificates, must reach the following address by 5 PM on September 3, 2026:
