Tamil Nadu Rain Alert: Chances of Rain in Chennai and Several Districts Till 10 AM

The Regional Meteorological Centre Chennai has announced that several districts across Tamil Nadu are likely to receive rainfall till 10 AM today.
According to the latest weather update, light to moderate rain is expected in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, Viluppuram, Mayiladuthurai, Cuddalore, Nagapattinam, Pudukottai, Tiruvarur, Thanjavur, Ramanathapuram, Thoothukudi, Kanniyakumari, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi and Coimbatore districts.
Weather officials have advised people to remain cautious while travelling, as sudden rain may affect traffic movement in several areas. The rainfall is being attributed to changing weather conditions over the region.
