Four-day training program on bakery and allied products
A four-day training program on bakery and allied products will be conducted from Monday to Thursday at the ministry of micro, small and medium enterprises development institute in Guindy. Participants will be given theoretical and practical knowledge on bakery products like bread, puffs and cakes. They will also be taught to set up a bakery stall and selection of machinery.
