Valarmathi, Honourable State Social welfare Minister, as part of world Disabled Day Function held on 1.3.2015 in the presence of Lions District Governor Sri. Padmanaban & Sri. K. Gopinath, District Chair person, Welfare of Physically Challenged, for his outstanding contributions to the society in General and Differently abled persons in particular.
