This Diwali, Anise, the all-day dining restaurant at Taj Coromandel invites guests to come together over a sumptuous festive brunch that celebrates the richness and diversity of Indian cuisine. Inspired by traditional festive recipes, royal delicacies and regional specialities, the specially curated spread brings together an array of flavours that make the Festival of Lights a time for indulgence, celebration and togetherness. 

The experience begins with an inviting selection of appetisers, where much-loved Indian favourites receive an interesting touch. From the delicate Paneer Khurchan Tartlets and melt-in-the-mouth Lucknowi Galouti Kebab served on Mini Sheermal to the delicious Murgh Reshmi Kebab, Tandoori Jhinga and crisp Fish Amritsari, the starters set the tone for a leisurely festive feast. 

The main course takes guests on a journey across India`s culinary traditions. Vegetarian preparations such as Paneer Lababdar, Dum Aloo Banarasi, Subz Navratan Korma, Dal Bukhara and Malai Kofta bring together rich gravies and comforting festive flavours, while Kathal Masala and Bharwan Mirch add regional character to the spread. The non-vegetarian selection is equally indulgent, featuring the rich Nalli Nihari, the robust flavours of Gosht Rogan Josh, the creamy Murgh Makhani and Murg Dum Qorma, alongside Alleppey Fish Curry and Hyderabadi Dum Ka Murgh. Fragrant Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, Subz Dum Biryani and Zafrani Pulao, complemented by Warqi Parathas, Amritsari Kulchas and Roomali Rotis, complete this celebratory spread.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, live culinary stations bring the excitement of a traditional food bazaar to the brunch. The Diwali Chaat Bazaar serves up favourites such as Palak Patta Chaat, Dahi Bhalla, Raj Kachori and Matar Ki Chaat, while the Kebab and Tandoor Grill and Dum Biryani Kitchen offer freshly prepared indulgences.
