Revivo Clinic Launches Type 2 Diabetes Remission Programme in Chennai

Revivo Clinic, a Chennai-based centre specialising in obesity, diabetes and metabolic health, has launched its Type 2 Diabetes Remission Programme ahead of World Diabetes Day on November 14.

The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Soumiya Anbumani, Member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. Dr. Arun Raghavan, Diabetologist, Metabolic Physician and Co-Founder of Revivo Clinic, outlined its key features.

The physician-led programme combines medical care, personalised nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle interventions. It begins with a structured clinical assessment to determine each patient`s eligibility for remission, while those who are unsuitable will receive appropriate diabetes management advice.

Dr. Arun Raghavan emphasised the importance of scientific evidence and clinical supervision, while Arvind Ashok, Fitness and Nutrition Coach and Lifestyle Consultant at Revivo Clinic, highlighted the role of clean eating and sustainable lifestyle changes in managing diabetes.
