The tender conditions require participating companies to have at least three years of experience in the gold jewellery business. Each gold coin must carry a Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmark and a Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) number to ensure authenticity and quality.

The purchase price of the gold coins will be determined based on the rate fixed by the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA).

Annan Seer Scheme Eligibility and Benefits

Under the Annan Seer scheme, eligible brides from families with an annual income of up to ₹2.5 lakh can receive marriage assistance. The marriage must take place in Tamil Nadu to qualify for the benefits.

Each eligible bride will receive:

- One silk saree

The scheme aims to provide financial support to eligible families and help reduce the financial burden of marriage expenses.
