Insurance ceiling amount raised to RS 10 lakhs now!!
The finance ministry has made it clear that the ceiling on medical insurance of 6 major diseases has been raised to Rs 10 lakhs.
Point is that the medical insurance ceiling has been raised for various diseases or health issues including transplant surgery for liver, kidney, heart, lungs and bone marrow, cancer, fracture, angioplasty and treatment for fire injuries etc.
