Chennai Corporation to Launch Citywide Rabies Vaccination Drive for Stray Dogs

The Greater Chennai Corporation is set to begin a mass rabies vaccination and deworming drive for stray dogs across all 15 zones starting next week. The initiative will cover 1,000 dogs per zone, beginning with three zones at a time.
Medical teams received training today to carry out the program, which aims to control rabies and improve animal health in the city.
