A Celebration of Grace: Seniors Fashion Show at the 7th ASLI Ageing Fest in Chennai

The Association of Senior Living India (ASLI) organised a lively Seniors Fashion Show celebrating active ageing, confidence, and vitality during its 7th Ageing Fest in Chennai. Curated and directed by celebrity haute couture designer, stylist, and fashion historian Professor Shilpi Choudhury, the runway showcase was held alongside key industry sessions, including the unveiling of the ASLI–PwC Silver Surge 2.0 report. Residents from Ashiana Shubham Senior Living took to the ramp with elegance and poise, turning the spotlight on creative self-expression and style in later life.

The event reaffirmed that life past 60 is an enriching journey of dignity, joy, and new beginnings rather than slowing down or retreat. The spirited showcase drew warm appreciation from delegates, reinforcing ASLI’s vision of promoting a purposeful, vibrant elder care ecosystem across India.
