TN TET 2026 Provisional Answer Key Released for Paper I & II; Objection Window Open Till July 22

The Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) has released the provisional answer key for the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TN TET) 2026 conducted for in-service teachers on July 4 and 5.

Candidates can now download the question papers and provisional answer keys from the official TRB website and verify their responses.

The TRB has also invited candidates to raise objections, if any, against the provisional answer key through the online portal. The objection window will remain open until 5:30 PM on July 22, 2026.

Candidates submitting objections must provide valid documentary evidence, such as government-prescribed school textbooks, recognised educational publications or other authoritative reference materials.

The board has clarified that guidebooks, coaching centre materials, handwritten notes and unofficial reference books will not be accepted while reviewing objections.

According to the TRB, 59,534 candidates appeared for Paper I, while 1,60,925 candidates took Paper II, indicating strong participation from aspiring teachers across Tamil Nadu.

Candidates are advised to review the provisional answer key carefully and submit objections, if required, before the deadline.
