CUMTA OMR HD Corridor Project: See the Full Video for Complete Details

The Chennai Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority (CUMTA) plans to transform the OMR corridor from Madhya Kailash to Kelambakkam and the Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Radial Road into modern, international-standard HD (High-Definition) corridors.

The project aims to improve Chennai`s public transport and road infrastructure with Metro-bus integration, better footpaths, cycling paths, AI-based traffic signals, smart bus stops and Park-and-Ride facilities.

The proposed upgrades are expected to make these busy Chennai corridors safer, smarter and more convenient for commuters.
