Railway Recruitment 2026: 1,688 Clerk Vacancies Announced, 12th Pass Candidates Can Apply

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced 1,688 vacancies for various clerical posts across India. Candidates who have passed Class 12 can apply for positions including ticketing staff, accounts clerks, junior clerks and train clerks.

Ticketing Staff: 700 Posts

Accounts Clerk cum Typist: 200 Posts

Junior Clerk cum Typist: 600 Posts

Train Clerk: 188 Posts

Total Vacancies: 1,688 Posts

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed Class 12. The general age limit is 18 to 30 years, with applicable age relaxations for eligible EWS, OBC, SC and ST candidates.
